Purdue University Northwest’s graduate programs in Nursing and Business have been recognized by U.S. News and World Report in their 2024 Best Graduate Program rankings. The Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) degree with a concentration in Family Nurse Practitioner, offered by the College of Nursing, was ranked No. 87 nationally in the Best Nursing Master’s program category. This is an improvement from its previous ranking of No. 100. The MSN program at PNW prepares advanced nurses to promote health, prevent disease, and provide counseling and education to patients in primary care settings as FNPs.
PNW’s online MSN program was also recognized in U.S. News and World Report’s 2024 Best Online Programs rankings, offering a convenient and flexible option for nurses who wish to advance their careers while continuing to work in the field.
On the business side, PNW’s Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree, offered by the College of Business, was nationally ranked in the Best Part-time MBA Programs category. The MBA program at PNW provides students with a rigorous curriculum and flexible scheduling, including evening classes, to help them increase their earning potential and develop leadership skills through an advanced degree.
