Niantic has recently announced an update to the avatar customization system in Pokemon Go, providing players with even more options to personalize their in-game characters. The focus of this update is on expanding the avatar customization system, giving players access to new body build options, facial expressions, and hairstyles.
With this update, players can now adjust their body constitution by modifying weight, muscles, and parts such as the shoulders, chest, and hips. Additionally, there are advanced options for skin tone, hair color, and eye color. Players can also choose from a variety of facial expressions and hairstyles, categorized by length (Short, Medium or Long).
This update is just the first of three major updates aimed at helping players rediscover the augmented reality mobile game launched by Niantic in 2016. Niantic plans to further update the game map based on player’s location and introduce a new instant photography experience to enhance overall gameplay experience for Pokemon Go players.
