The 2021 Elite DH World Cup season kicked off at Fort William, Scotland, with live updates and results being shared. Currently, the Elite Women’s race is in full swing, with Phoebe Gale leading the way with a time of 4:52.709 seconds. She is closely followed by Vali Höll who is just two seconds behind her. Gloria Scarsi, an enduro specialist, has taken an early lead in the race, sitting four seconds ahead of the competition.
However, Mille Johnset faced some difficulties on the final jumps and lost over 28 seconds. Despite this setback, Anna Newkirk managed to ride into third place, while Marine Cabirou slotted into second place with five riders left to compete. Nina Hoffmann currently leads the race with a strong performance on the top half of the track and has successfully beaten Gloria Scarsi by over six and a half seconds. She is now well-positioned in the competition and will be looking to maintain her lead as more riders come down the course.
