Lutoff-Perlo Named Chair of FIFA World Cup 2026 Miami Host Committee

Starting her career at Royal Caribbean in 1985 as a district sales manager, Lutoff-Perlo has had a long and successful history in the cruise industry. Prior to becoming vice chair of Royal Caribbean Group, she served as president/CEO of Celebrity Cruises since 2014 and held various senior positions within Celebrity and Royal Caribbean International.

Lutoff-Perlo has recently expressed her excitement about her new role, which involves leading a prestigious event that will welcome over 600,000 fans and visitors in the summer of 2026. Miami will host seven matches, including two semifinals and the bronze final, all of which will take place at the Hard Rock Stadium. She describes this experience as akin to overseeing seven Super Bowls and is thrilled to be a part of such a significant event.

As part of her new role, Lutoff-Perlo will collaborate closely with the FIFA World Cup 2026 Miami Host Committee Co-chairs, Rodney Barreto and Beau Ferrari. Together they will work to ensure that the event is a success and that the collaboration between South Florida’s public and private sector leaders is strong. Additionally, with Royal Caribbean being the main partner of Inter Miami CF, Lutoff-Perlo’s involvement in the world of fĂștbol continues to grow.
