Carlin Consumer Health, a consumer health business that specializes in acquiring over-the-counter brands, recently acquired Penetrex, a well-known joint and muscle care consumer brand from Wellbeam Consumer Health. The Sidley team leading the acquisition was comprised of various experts in different fields, including Asher Rubin, who specializes in Technology and Life Sciences Transactions, and Zachary Shub-Essig, who focuses on Private Equity.
