The seminar also featured insights from David Grevemberg, Chief Innovation and Partnership Officer at the Centre for Sport and Human Rights, and Gabriela Mueller Mendoza, a specialist in Diversity and Inclusion in sports. The event was organized in response to a survey conducted by FIS with the NSAs, highlighting the need to address human rights issues in snow sports.
During the first session on Sunday, external speakers along with FIS specialists such as Alexandra Blum, Andrea Rinaldi, Sandra Spitz, and Dimitrije Lazarovski were present. Additionally, Cornelia Blank and Daniela Lux from UMIT Tirol provided valuable contributions.
The collaboration across FIS departments was evident throughout the seminar as well. Fiona Stevens
