A Science Event on State Street – Saturday, April 27 from 12-3PM

Science on State Street is a community-wide science festival held annually at Framingham State University. Organized by the Christa McAuliffe Center in collaboration with the MetroWest STEM Education Network, the event takes place on Saturday, April 27 from 12-3PM in the O’Connor Parking Lot.

This year’s festival promises to be bigger and better than ever, with over 30 exhibitors showcasing their latest discoveries and innovations. Visitors can also enjoy planetarium shows in both English and Portuguese, as well as presentations from the Chandra X-Ray Observatory.

The focus of this year’s festival is on themes relating to planet Earth, making it a fun and educational event for people of all ages to learn more about science and its impact on our world. With a particular emphasis on environmental justice, renewable energy, and environmental sustainability, Science on State Street is a great opportunity to engage with the local community and learn more about the importance of science in our everyday lives.
