UT Health San Antonio, UTSA, and UT Tyler researchers awarded $1M grant to collaborate on enhancing trauma care through AI technology

James Bynum, PhD, a professor and vice chair of research in the department of surgery at UT Health San Antonio, has shown support for a collaboration with researchers at The University of Texas at San Antonio (UTSA) and The University of Texas at Tyler (UT Tyler) to develop and utilize artificial intelligence (AI) tools to enhance trauma care decision-making among healthcare providers.
