Vietnam Recognizes Outstanding Research Projects at 17th National Technical Innovation Awards

The 17th National Technical Innovation Award was held on April 23, recognizing outstanding research projects that have been successfully applied in production and have brought high economic efficiency. The contest aims to foster the creative labor movement, encourage research and innovative solutions, and contribute to economic development.

Over 587 applications were received for the competition, and six first prizes, twelve second prizes, twenty-four third prizes, and forty-two consolation prizes were awarded. The winning projects span across various fields such as Education and Training, Agriculture, Forestry, Fishery, Environment, Mechanical Automation, Construction, Traffic, Information Technology, Electronics, Telecommunications Medicine and Materials Chemicals Energy.

The winners showcase a range of innovative solutions that include improving fuel export systems and developing control modules for smart electrical devices. Other notable projects include designing shooting practice equipment for infantry training and applying diffusion magnetic resonance techniques in medicine. Additionally, researchers researched parts for production using automatic robots and painting techniques.

These winning projects highlight the diverse range of innovative research being conducted in Vietnam. From optimizing production processes to improving healthcare techniques and developing smart home technologies, they demonstrate Vietnam’s commitment to advancing science and technology. This contest is organized by the Vifotec Foundation Vietnam Union of Science and Technology Associations Ministry of Science
