The anticipation for the WNBA season is at an all-time high, with the league promising to bring increased viewership thanks to this year’s draft class. The Dallas Wings have lined up two star-studded matchups for their first games of the season, creating much excitement among fans.
The WNBA’s first overall draft pick, Iowa guard Caitlin Clark, has been garnering attention and will make her debut with the Indiana Fever in a preseason game against the Dallas Wings on May 3. Originally scheduled for 11:30 a.m., the game has now been moved to prime time, with tip-off set for 7 p.m. at College Park Center.
In addition to Clark, more college stars are making their WNBA debut in Dallas. The Wings will kick off the regular season at home on May 15 at 7 p.m., facing off against the Chicago Sky who drafted LSU forward Angel Reese at No. 7. Tickets for individual games will go on sale at 10 a.m., April 18 on the Dallas Wings’ website.
