Jay Wasemiller, a freshman from Bartlesville, stood out in the boy’s golf Regionals on Wednesday with his team-best score of 76. This impressive performance earned him a spot in the State qualifiers next week.
Despite Bartlesville’s overall finishing in 10th place, Wasemiller’s exceptional play was the highlight of the day. He will compete at the State tournament on Monday and Tuesday at Oaks Country Club in Tulsa.
