its annual Spring 2023 Qualified Business enterprise Luncheon Networking occasion and Awards
Ceremony on Tuesday, April four at Bayou Pointe exactly where a total of 300 persons attended

Rebecca Hamm
Outstanding Faculty Award
The College of Allied Overall health presented the Outstanding Faculty Award to Rebecca Hamm,
Associate Professor of Radiologic Technologies. The award honors a complete-time faculty
member who demonstrates exceptional teaching effectiveness, mentorship to students
and other faculty, involvement in study, and service to the neighborhood outdoors of
campus.
Mrs. Hamm excels in teaching, with a concentrate on radiographic procedures by incorporating
student engagement by way of classroom activities and assignments. Her external service
contains becoming actively involved in the Louisiana Society of Radiologic Technologists,

recipient is Ms. Miraida Christian from the College of Overall health Sciences.
Ms. Miraida Christian is described as a model employee. She is sensible, organized, and
has numerous degrees in organization. She has exceptional expertise and capabilities in accounting
and finance. Ms. Christian has gone above and beyond to preserve supplies coming in for
our applications/students and managing travel for faculty. She has place in limitless hours
