EWTC President Tim Tarpley and Liberty Energy President Ron Gusek recently testified before the U.S. House of Representatives House Oversight Subcommittee on Economic Growth, Energy Policy, and Regulatory Affairs during a Field Hearing titled “Drilling Down: Oversight of the Challenges and Opportunities Facing the U.S. Energy Production.” The focus of the hearing was to address the challenges encountered by American energy producers, particularly those stemming from regulatory uncertainty due to administration policies.
