A man operating a drug screening business in Colorado was arrested for alleged sexual assault. Aurora Police apprehended Arben “Ben” Duka, 60, on March 15th for felony unlawful sexual contact. In October of the previous year, a woman filed a report stating that Duka had sexually assaulted her at his business, Aurora Employment Testing.
Duka changed the name of his business from Wiz Quiz Employment Testing to Aurora Employment Testing in February of 2023. During the investigation, detectives from the Sex Crimes Unit discovered two more reported incidents involving Duka and female victims that year. Both women claimed to have been subjected to unwanted sexual contact by Duka after providing urinalysis samples. The Adams County District Attorney’s Office charged Duka with unwanted sexual contact without consent and invasion of privacy for sexual gratification, both misdemeanors. The case was filed in October around the time of the most recent victim’s assault.
The authorities are urging any other possible victims to come forward and share their experiences with law enforcement officials at Metro Denver Crime Stoppers by calling 720.913.STOP (7867) and referencing case number AP23-202838 if they have any information to report about Duka’s alleged criminal behavior at Aurora Employment Testing or any other related incidents.
