In recent weeks, several restaurants and food establishments in San Bernardino County have been both closed and allowed to reopen by health inspectors. For example, Dingers Sports Bar & Grill located at 1602 E. Highland Ave., San Bernardino was shut down on April 23 due to a sewage overflow issue. On the other hand, The Donut Makers at 395 W.
