M&L Industries, a leading provider of industrial equipment in Houma, is expanding its operations in Baton Rouge and relocating to a more prominent location. The company will move into a new 47,000 square foot building near the intersection of Interstate 10 and Siegen Lane by July. This new location is about double the size of M&L’s current facility on Airline Highway.

The owner of M&L Industries, Steven Marmande, shared that the dealership plans to hire between 5 to 8 additional workers with this move. M&L specializes in selling, renting, and servicing tractors and forklifts, with Faulk & Meek serving as the general contractor for the project.
