A new performance-based share bonus system has been established by fiber company Spinnova’s board for key personnel in the group. The target group consists of approximately 22 individuals, and the first earning period will have a maximum value of around 992,000 Spinnova shares. This includes a portion paid in cash to cover taxes and statutory social insurance contributions incurred by the participant. Fees from the system will be distributed partly in shares and partly in cash.
The bonuses will be paid within five months of the end of the earning period, and no bonus will be paid if the participant’s employment or business relationship ends before the bonus is distributed.
